A considered approach to AI in Thai business.
We are a small, focused team based in Phuket. Our work is helping businesses across Thailand find where AI fits naturally — not forcefully — into how they already operate.
Back to HomeHow Andaman AI came to be
Andaman AI grew out of a simple observation: many businesses in Thailand were curious about AI tools but had little access to guidance that felt relevant to their actual situation. Most available advice came from far away, assumed large technical teams, or moved too fast for operations where relationships and care for detail matter most.
We started in Phuket because it is where we live and work. The hospitality, retail, and service sectors here face real pressures and real opportunities — and the businesses that serve their customers well tend to be thoughtful ones. That same quality of thought is what we bring to AI integration.
Our founding principle was straightforward: AI should ease work, not complicate it. That means taking the time to understand how a team actually functions before suggesting any change, and making sure every setup is documented so it can be understood and maintained without us in the room.
Why we do this work
Steadiness over speed
We believe the most useful technology changes are the ones that stick. Rushing an AI setup into place creates problems for teams who were never given time to understand it. We work at a pace that lets understanding develop naturally.
Local context, genuine care
Working in Thailand, in Thai businesses, day to day — we understand the local professional environment. That shapes how we communicate, how we schedule, and how we handle the small adjustments that make the difference between a setup that works and one that quietly gets abandoned.
The people behind the work
A small group with complementary backgrounds. Each person stays involved through the full arc of a client engagement.
Kittipong Narumon
Founder & Lead Integrator
Kittipong spent several years in enterprise software before moving to Phuket. He leads each Tidal Integration personally and sets the technical direction for all projects.
Apinya Wattana
Client Relations & Documentation
Apinya manages all client communication and writes every handover document. Her background is in operations management, which shapes how she frames AI for non-technical teams.
Phurit Thongchai
Support & Systems Care
Phurit handles the ongoing Coastal Support clients. He monitors integrations monthly, writes the plain-language update reports, and answers questions as they arise.
How we keep the work sound
Each project follows a consistent set of practices that protect our clients and keep the work we do maintainable long after we leave.
Data privacy by default
We do not retain client business data beyond what is strictly needed for setup. Data handling practices are explained clearly before any work begins.
Full written documentation
Every integration we deliver comes with complete written documentation. If something needs adjusting after we hand over, your team can follow the record without calling us first.
Assessment before action
We always start with an assessment before recommending anything. Understanding your current setup prevents us from suggesting changes that would not actually help.
Incremental scope
We do not expand a project beyond what was agreed without a separate conversation. Scope creep rarely benefits a client and we treat agreed boundaries seriously.
Plain-language communication
Reports, updates, and recommendations are always written in language your team can read without a technical background. We avoid jargon where a plain word works just as well.
Regular review cycle
For ongoing support clients, we review integrations monthly rather than waiting for problems to surface. Early attention keeps small issues small.
AI integration that fits Thai business culture
Thailand's business landscape is shaped by strong relationships, careful hierarchy, and a genuine preference for decisions made through trust rather than pressure. Andaman AI was built with that in mind. Our approach to AI integration reflects the same values: we earn confidence before we earn the work, and we move at the pace our clients are comfortable with.
We have worked with businesses in hospitality, professional services, and retail — sectors where staff need to adopt new tools without disrupting the care they give to customers. In each case, the most effective setups have been the ones introduced gradually, with time for teams to ask questions and develop familiarity before the next step.
Our team keeps each engagement focused. One person leads the assessment. One person writes the documentation. One person maintains the ongoing support relationship. This consistency means clients always know who they are speaking to and can expect the same quality of attention throughout.
AI tools are developing at a pace that can feel disorienting. Our role is to filter that pace — to identify the tools that are ready to be used well today and to bring them in carefully, so they become a natural part of how your business operates rather than a source of new complexity.
